Personalization

The Personalization page lets you fine-tune Tursio's experience for each role — Admin, Owner, User, and Viewer. You can customize how queries run, how results appear, and what each role can access or export.

Query Modes

Control which query types are available for each role.

  • Classic Search Mode: Traditional, natural language queries that return consistent and straightforward results.

  • Auto Mode: Automatically generates and refines prompts using Tursio's semantic knowledge graph. Ideal for large or complex data schemas.

  • Deep Research Mode: Designed for strategic questions that require layered data exploration and deeper insights.

Data Controls

Manage how users interact with data — control result limits, formatting, and export permissions.

  • Default Limit Parameter: Sets the default number of rows returned in query results. (Default: 1000)

  • Preserve Value Casing: Maintains the original casing of text in results. Turn off to standardize casing for easier scanning.

  • Enable Table Download: Allows users to download table data as CSV or Excel directly from results.

  • Enable Data Export: Lets users export results in PDF, DOC, or JSON formats. Disable to restrict data sharing.

  • Show Visualizations by Default: Automatically expands visual charts when viewing query results. Disable to keep them collapsed.

  • Display Data Model: Shows the underlying data model and SQL queries to help users understand structure and logic.

  • Custom Disclaimer: A custom note or link displayed below the search box to guide users or surface internal policies.
